Brownie is my boxer dog and my best friend but she always wanted a pat on her head and a kiss on her nose and a big cuddle. It became such a practice between both of us and a day never went by without me cuddling her up and if I forgot one day, she would come towards the car, jump in the back seat and look at me with such love that my heart breaks to leave her without giving her that hug of love. The bond between us was unbreakable. But once she got her pups, she became so devoted to them but never missed coming for her hugs and kisses. But her furs started to fall after she littered and the car seat used to be full of her furs and it used to coat out clothes, she used to leave reminders of her for us always. Once when one of my friends came with me in the car, she noticed so much fur on the seat and she recommended me to get the car cleaned and to put a car seat cover for my Brownie, so immediately I went and purchased it and did the needful. When I came back from work and took my brownie for a ride to surprise her, when she jumped in she was happy and started to roll her body on the new car seat cover and started to lick it and when we returned she refused to get down, so we named it her best companion and she also took to it and used to put her face into the cover and make all the sweet noises which I think only she and her companion understood. till date even though we change the car seat, we have to wash the older one, her companion must be placed on the new one in her place where she occupies in the car near the back seat window and still talks to it in the manner of making her noises and licking it and placing her head deep into the car seat cover. So to make it complete I got it printed on the old car seat covers dogs – Brownie and her best companion – Don’t touch. Till date it is there and my beloved Brownie is now 4 years old.

The best thing that I enjoyed about the year two thousand ten is that it was a year of fun with family.  Every summer holiday, our family gets together for a weekend of camping, swimming, barbequing and fellowshipping.  It is always so much fun and so very memorable.  Last year, we even did a family trip to Galveston, Texas that included my in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.  We spent a day at Schlitterbahn water park and the whole trip was just a blast  The only thing that I did not like about two thousand ten is that towards the end of the year, we started to have financial difficulties that were like never before, but we made it through.

I would love to give my million dollar donation to St. Jude’s Hospital because they help children with illnesses.  They also help the families of these children.  I hate to see children suffer and this organization helps with such care and compassion.  They truly care about the children they help as well as their families.  They offer financial support to those who cannot afford it and they offer room and board for the families when the children have to stay for an extended amount of time.  The research that they do there is phenomenal and I would love to be a part of everything that they do there.  Their staff is so caring and professional.  St. Jude’s is a true example of what charity should be.

I drive a two thousand five Ford Freestyle.  I like it because it is roomy.  There is plenty of room to transport my family as well as my grandchildren when I have them over for weekend visits.  It is good on gas.  It doesn’t use a lot of gas.  I can go for four to five days on the same full tank of gas before having to refill again.  I love the six disc cd player.  The thing that I dislike about it is that everything on the car is computerized, so if one thing on the car malfunctions, it can sometimes cause the whole entire car to malfunction.   The front seats are motorized, so if the motor goes out on the seat, it no longer has the ability to be adjusted to a one’s comfort level.
